The Greenfield SMS program

By opting in to SMS through a consent method provided by our office, you agree to receive care-related SMS messages from Greenfield Treatment Center (Greenfield Integrated Occupational Treatment Center). Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling and appointment updates, and customer-care replies to patient questions.

This program does not send promotional messages. SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving care. This website does not currently collect SMS consent through an online form; contact our office to ask about opting in.

Message frequency and charges

Messaging frequency may vary. The number of texts depends on appointments and your conversations with our office.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s messaging and data charges are your responsibility.

How to opt out

To opt out at any time, text STOP. Reply STOP to a message from Greenfield. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out request, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message delivery and appropriate use

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please notify the office if your mobile number changes.

Text messaging is for administrative communication and is not an emergency service. Please do not send sensitive medical information by ordinary SMS. For an emergency, call 911.
